Started by Timothy S. Davis and his wife Paula in 1979, SCA Appraisal Company has been providing its insurance clients over three decades of the highest quality appraisal services from the finest people in the industry.

From its small beginnings SCA now employs over 100 high caliber professionals to handle its coast to coast office and sales business operations; this does not even include its numerous national field appraisers and growing franchise operations divisions! The SCA Team makes all the difference and it shows through the high level of customer service and satisfaction enjoyed by our clientele.

By starting SCA with business foresight and a strong knowledge of the industry, the Davis family has seen an incredible growth in their business and has been catapulted to being an appraisal industry leader. Through all the decades however they realized that two things needed to remain constant - the importance of the customer and the level of service provided by its staff. To achieve these goals SCA has always been committed to being at the forefront of improvements in both communication and technology. Here at SCA, we all have the same goal and work as a united front for our clients which is what motivates this organization to be the industry best.
